TopeRC Studio terms of use

Service and scope

TopeRC Studio is a local tool for organizing TopeRC projects and publications. The TikTok integration is being configured and tested. It is not currently offered as a public registration or video hosting service.

Account and content

Connecting requires the account holder to authorize access to their TikTok account. Only videos the creator has the right to use and share should be sent. The creator must review applicable image rights, music rights, mentions and commercial partnership disclosures.

Delivery and publication

Each transfer requires the owner’s selection and authorization in Studio. Scheduling determines when Studio will attempt the transfer; the computer and application must be available. Connectivity, limits or TikTok availability may prevent or delay an operation.

The mode used sends the video to TikTok for review. The creator completes publication in TikTok and chooses its settings there. Studio distinguishes confirmed file receipt from publication. A link entered by the owner is recorded as manual confirmation, not remote verification.

Incidents and removal

If an operation is unconfirmed, check its status before repeating it to avoid duplicates. Canceling a local task does not remove content TikTok has already received. Remote content is deleted or modified in TikTok.

The holder can revoke Studio access through TikTok’s authorized application settings. Data handling is explained in Studio privacy. TikTok use is also subject to its own terms.
