FROM LOG TO EDIT

Your session, told through data.

01

Your data at a glance

Use the channels and sensors in your transmitter CSV to display steering, throttle, times and other recorded values.

02

Design each indicator

Combine gauges, bars, charts and text. Adjust their position, size and colours while previewing your session.

03

Export with transparency

Generate a ProRes 4444 MOV video or a PNG image sequence to overlay the result in your edit.

HOW IT WORKS

From your transmitter to your video.

  1. Prepare your transmitter

Install the Lua logging scripts on your EdgeTX MT12 SD card. The app can help copy them when you connect the transmitter by USB.

  2. Load and design

Open a CSV log, choose the data to display and place the indicators on the canvas. Scrub through the session to check their animation.

  3. Export and edit

Choose a resolution and frame rate, export the transparent overlay and place it over your video. Adjust the timing in your editor.

BEFORE YOU START

What you need.

  • A RadioMaster MT12 with EdgeTX and the logging scripts installed to create your own CSV files.
  • A Windows, macOS or Linux computer. The application runs on your computer.
  • A video editor that supports the exported format. ProRes 4444 MOV preserves the alpha channel so you can overlay the indicators.
  • FFmpeg for video export: the app can detect it, download it or let you select its location.

The indicators depend on the channels and sensors in your log. The app cannot obtain data that your transmitter did not record.
